Enhancing Teacher Competence Through In-House Training on Coding and Artificial Intelligence
Enhancing Competence to Prepare Future Generations!
In the era of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, mastering technology has become an essential skill for educators. Recognizing this, Al Wafi Islamic Boarding School (IIBS), in collaboration with Erlass Prokreatif Indonesia, held an In-House Training (IHT) entitled “Implementation of Coding and Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Robotic Practice.”

The program, attended by all Al Wafi IIBS teachers, marks a concrete step in strengthening 21st-century learning competencies—where technology is not merely a tool, but a bridge to innovation and creativity for students.
Learning Through Deep Learning and Educational Robotics

During the training, participants were introduced to the fundamentals of Deep Learning, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and educational robotics. The sessions emphasized how algorithms and AI systems can be integrated into daily teaching practices.
In addition to theoretical discussions, the training featured hands-on workshops, including robot assembly, basic programming exercises, and project-based learning implementations. The participants showed great enthusiasm, engaging actively in group discussions and collaborative challenges.
Empowering Educators as Innovators

This initiative aims to empower teachers to become innovators who can blend scientific and technological literacy with Islamic values. With newly acquired skills in coding and AI, educators are expected to create more engaging, relevant, and adaptive learning experiences for digital-native students.

Through this program, Al Wafi IIBS reaffirms its commitment to preparing future generations who are intelligent, creative, and morally upright—a generation capable of harnessing technology for the greater good of society.
